In the following pages, you will find many answers to questions that you may have. We recommend that you read the information before your arrival and afterwards during your stay.

Arrival & check-in

Naturally, you will check in and out with us at any time, day or night.

The apartments are guaranteed move-in ready after 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.

If you arrive earlier, please get in touch with us. Depending on the availability you get your room before 3 p.m.

We use state-of-the-art technology. You receive your digital room key on the app JustIN Mobile on your mobile phone. With the digital key you have access to the building and your room. Touch the green key on JustIN Mobile and hold your mobile phone to Salto door reader. You need an internet connection for this. It lights up green and you have access. Fast and simple. The room number is listed on the JustIN Mobile App.


Adapter

You do not need an adapter at our facilities – you can also connect electronic devices from the EU or U.S. in your room.


Air conditioning

The air conditioner is switched on and individuelly controlled in the warm season. This allows us to make the temperature in your room enjoyable.


Bedsheets

Bedsheets are not changed for short stays of 1 – 6 nights. For a long-term stay of 7 nights or longer, the bedsheets are changed once a week.


Bicycle rental

Nextbike: Register with Nextbike and save your credit card information before you use it for the first time. After the one-time registration, you can very easily and quickly use up to four bikes via the app.


Blinds

You can operate the external gates individually in your room. The switch is by the light switch on the wall. It has two triangles for blinds open / closed.


Check-out and departure

On the day of departure, you must leave the apartments by 11 a.m. You check out online on your own, and we do not hold your luggage for you.


Cleaning

Apartments are cleaned once a week for stays of 7 nights and longer. No cleaning is included for short-term stays between 1 – 6 nights. Final cleaning is included.


Cooking

Premium and fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee and tea accessories, capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and a dining table with chairs.


Curtains

Each room has a day and night draw curtain. Blackout is also guaranteed during the day.


Elevator

The apartments on the 5th floor are accessible via the elevator.

Fire

All apartments are equipped with a fire alarm. If a fire breaks out, please stay calm and follow the fire department’s instructions. Exit the building via the marked escape routes (do not use the elevator) to the specified meeting point.


Food

At the Coop petrol station around the corner at the roundabout you will find a small shop for everyday needs. Opening times daily from 5:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. There is a large Migros supermarket in Sursee.

24/7 online booking via the homepage and app self check-in and check-out

Naturally, you will check in and out with us at any time, day or night.

We use state-of-the-art technology combined with excellent service – you can check in and pay right from your home, and afterwards you will receive your digital room key. As such, not only do you already have everything on your mobile phone, you no longer need to check in at the front desk either. Fast and simple We look forward to your visit!

Hairdryer

There is a mobile hairdryer in your apartment.


Heater

The heater is switched on and centrally controlled in the cold season.


Ironing service

You will find an iron and ironing board in your apartment.


Laundry room

A separate room for washing and drying is available.

One machine costs 3.- Swiss francs. Including liquid detergent and independent which washing program you select.

Pay once to start 2.- Swiss francs, the machine will dry automatically to end, independently how long it takes.


Luggage storage

We do not hold your luggage for you.


Night-time quiet hours

Night-time quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. This also applies to the restaurant and roof terrace. During this time, we ask that you please refrain from making any excess noise – the other guests will thank you for it.


Parking

Parking is available for free in the underground garage between no 12 - 17, marked with Lumen Apartments. A charging station is outside on the ground floor and at Carosserie Fischer on the other street side.


Payment

Payments are done online with a credit card only. The entire amount must be paid no later than on the day of arrival, and the reservation is automatically made by our reservation and payment system.


Pets

We do not allow pets.


Recreation

On lumen-apartments.ch/en/recreation you will find many ideas for activities in the nearby vicinity.


Restaurant

The self-catering restaurant on the 4th floor of Lumen Park offers a rich and diversified offering of lunch menus where everyone gets their money’s worth. Here you can also find a fine selection of snacks and drinks. Furthermore, this area can also be used as a co-working space.

On lumen-apartments.ch/Freizeit, you will find additional restaurants and bars in the nearby vicinity.


Roof terrace

You will find a wellness oasis with roof garden and a Buvette on the spacious roof terrace. When the weather is nice, you can use it to bring your lunch break, meetings, or even after-work refreshments to the outdoors and enjoy the view. Furthermore, the roof terrace is also perfect for holding events.


Safe

There is a safe in the cabinet.


Security Camera

The corridor is monitored by a camera for your safety.


Smoking

Smoking is prohibited on the entire facility and in the apartments, and you may not manipulate, unscrew, cover, or otherwise affect the functionality of the fire alarms. The ban applies to conventional and e-cigarettes. The customer will pay the hotel a lump sum of CHF 300 per infringement against these prohibitions.

The hotel reserves the right to directly charge the credit card provided by the customer.

Parents are liable for persons that they are required to supervise.

Smoking is permissible before the building entrance and on the roof terrace.


Sofa bed

In Apartments NOBLE (No. 13 + 14) the sofa can be made into a bed for a third person. You will find the bedding (duvet + pillow) in the lower part of the sofa. It can be opened easily.


Towel change

Towels are not changed for short stays of 1 – 6 nights. For a long-term stay of 7 nights or longer, the towels are changed once a week.


TV / Radio

Telefunken 43 zoll TV screen with Swisscom blue TV-Box.


Wi-Fi

Free high-speed Wi-Fi.

Setting Lumen Apartments.

Swisscom login with your mobile phone number and you get a link to confirm or you get the code with a text message. If you do not get a text message please talk to your local provider.

LUMEN APARTMENTS offer all the necessary amenities to live comfortably and work efficiently. Each apartment has a desk and a comfortable chair.
